- Marination: Wash & clean the chicken and drain the excess water.Add the following ingredients in a bowl : Kashmiri chilli powder - 1/2 tbsp, Ginger & garlic paste 2 tbsp, Black pepper 1.5 tbsp, Soy sauce 1 tbsp, Salt to taste. Mix all the ingredients and chicken very well and keep the mixture for at least 1/2 an hour. It is better to keep 1 hour to tenderize the chicken..
- Preparation Of Batter: Add the following ingredients in a bowl-All purpose flour - 75gm, Corn flour - 25gm, Kashmiri chilli powder -1tbsp,Salt to taste. Mix all the ingredients and add water slowly and carefully don't make the batter very thick or runny coz it will effect the taste and mouth feel..
- Frying of Chicken lollipop: Deep Fry the marinated chicken at a medium temperature so that the oil cook the chicken properly inside out without burning or excess darkening the outer surface. Do not cover the pan while frying coz it will separate the batter coting from the chicken..
- The final Stage: Put 2 tbsp oil in the frying pan and when the oil heats up add finely chopped garlic and wait until the garlic pieces starts to become brown.
