  1. Pre heat your oven to 150 degree Celsius. Prepare your 12 hole Cupcake baking tin by placing the cupcakes cases on each hole..
  2. Starting with the dry ingredients, sieve the flour and add the sugar in a mixing bowl. mix well and make a well in the middle of the mixture..
  3. In the same mixing bowl that has the flour and sugar add 3 table spoons of vegetable oil In the middle where you made the well, add also the 1/4 cup of butter/margarine. Use a blender to mix all the ingredients together. The result should look like big bread crumbs. Set this aside..
