Hey everyone, welcome to our recipe page. Today I’m gonna show you how to prepare a special dish, Tahini Dip. This is one of my favourite food recipe, this time i’am gonna make it a little bit tasty. This will be smell and look delicious.

You can cook Tahini Dip using 6 ingredients and 6 steps. Here is how you achieve it.
Ingredients of Tahini Dip
- Prepare 1 Cup of White Sesame Seeds.
- Prepare 4-5 tbsp of EVOO (Extra Virgin Olive Oil).
- Take To Taste of Salt.
- Take 3-4 of Garlic Pods (Optional).
- It’s 2-3 tbsp of Fresh Lemon Juice (Optional- Better to use it while serving the platter as the final mix with some more EVOO drips & other garnishes).
- Prepare 1/4 tsp of Paprika.
Tahini Dip instructions
- Over the low-medium heat lightly dry roast the Sesame Seeds until it releases a nice aroma…take care, not to burn it by any chance.
- Let it cool down for about 15 mins time before blending the same to a finer, smoother & thicker paste.
- Combine in a food processor/blender jar: The cooled roasted sesame seeds, salt & the EVOO & also the paprika & garlic (if using them).
- Pulse it for a minute for at least 3/4 times- then, scrape its sides each time while, pulsing it to a smooth paste.
- Dish out in the serving platter & add in some more EVOO & garnish with a pinch of paprika, black & white sesame seeds, a fresh sprig of Coriander/Mint/Basil Leaves or even some dry fruits of your choice.
- If you want to store it in your refrigerator: Then, store it in an air tight glass jar/container…This can be stored for a month or so, in the fridge 💁🏻♀️.
