  3. Prepare 1 of Very finely chopped onions.
  4. Make ready 2 tea spoons of Garlic ginger paste.
  5. Take 1 tea spoon of Vegetable Masala powder.
  6. Prepare 1/2 tea spoon of Red chilli powder.
  7. Make ready 1 cup of Bread crumps or Rusk powder.
  8. It’s 2 tbspoons of Corn flour.
  9. It’s to taste of Salt.
  10. Prepare 10 to 12 of Bread sticks.
  11. You need as needed of Oil for frying.

  1. Heat a pan with 2 tbspoons of oil and do the seasoning with cumin seeds..

  3. Add the mashed potatoes, corn flour and bread cumps and fold them together..
  4. While stirring with ladle mix well without any lumps. Transfer the stuff on a plate and allow to cool..
  5. Make oval shape elongated balls and insert each in to a bread stick. Heat oil and fry them gently one by one to golden brown and serve with any sauce..
