Ingredients of Palak Corn Chessy Bread Roll
- It’s 3 cup of roughly chopped spinach.
- Prepare of Few Corn kurnels.
- It’s 10 gm of amul processed Cheese.
- It’s 1 packet of Bread.
- Make ready of Water.
- It’s 3 tsp of Butter.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of black pepper.
- It’s to taste of Salt.
- Take of Oil to fry.
Palak Corn Chessy Bread Roll instructions
- Boil the corn curnels by adding little salt to the water.
- Wash the chopped spinach.
- Heat the pan and add 3 tsp of butter..
- Add the spinach and salt to the pan.
- Cook the spinach completely (note : do not add water as spinach will leave water which will help in the process of it's cooking).
- When the spinach is cooked add the boiled corn curnes toh it.
- Add black pepper and mix it well..
- Spread out the mixture in a plate and allow it to cool down.
- Cut out the sides of all the bread slices..
- Take some water in a bowl..
- When the mixture is cooled completly, add grated cheese to the mixture and mix well. (if you want u can increase the quantity of cheese as per yr choice).
- Take the bread slices dip it in water and press it with palm toh squeez out extra water. Add little mixture in it and roll it giving a shape of bread roll..
- Repeat the step 12 for all bread slices.
- Heat the oil in the pan and deep fry the prepared breadrolls..
- Serve when it is hot😋..
- Ps: if you want it to be little healty you can avoid adding cheese and shallow fry the rolls.. Just manage the quantity of salt as per the taste. It will still taste yum😊.
