  2. Make ready 1/4 cup of cornflour.
  3. You need 1/4 cup of flour.
  4. Take 1 tbsp of rice flour.
  5. You need 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste.
  6. Prepare 1 tsp of red chilli powder.
  7. Take 1/2 of Juice of lemon.
  8. Make ready 1/4 tsp of baking soda.
  9. Make ready to taste of Salt.
  10. It’s 1 pinch of red food colour (optional).
  11. You need As needed of Water for making batter.
  12. It’s For frying of Oil.

Gobi Lollipop instructions

  1. Cut cauliflower into small florets and wash it nicely..
  2. Heat water in a vessel, once it comes to boil add cauliflower florets and cook for 4-5 minutes or till it's half cooked..
  3. Take out the half cooked cauliflower florets..
  4. Pat dry on a kitchen towel..
  5. In a mixing bowl take cornflour, all purpose flour, rice flour, ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, baking soda, lemon juice, red food colour and salt..
  6. Add water and make a smooth lump free batter..
  7. The batter should be not too thin or thick..
  8. Dip cauliflower florets completely in the prepared batter..
  9. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry cauliflower florets till crispy and golden brown in colour..
  10. Similarly fry rest of the cauliflower florets..
  11. Take out on a tissue paper to remove excess oil..
  12. Wrap the stem of cauliflower florets with silver foil..
  13. Serve hot with chilli garlic mayonnaise and salad..
