Ingredients of Tuvar Dal Tikki or Kabab
- Make ready 1cup of tuvar dal.
- Prepare 2 tbsp of Finely chopped onion.
- Take 1 tsp of Ginger garlic paste.
- Take of Salt to taste.
- You need 1/4 tsp of baking soda(mitha soda).
- Take of Green chilli as per taste.
- Make ready 2 tbsp of corriender leaves Finely chopped.
- It’s of Oil for frying.
Tuvar Dal Tikki or Kabab instructions
- Take a Casrole put on it washed Tuar dal add warm water&soda rest for 1/2hrs.
- Grind the soaked tuar dal nt make very fine it just like crumbs (dardara)+no add water for grinding..
- Mix all the ingredients except oil shape it.Put on fry pan(in oil)and shallow fry the tikkis.. serve hot with ur fav chutney or sauce….It's so crispy &tasty.must tryit.
