Ingredients of Suji Lollipop

  1. Prepare 1 cup of Sooji.
  2. Prepare 1-1/2 cup of Water.
  3. Prepare 1 teaspoon of Chilli flakes.
  4. Make ready to taste of Salt.
  5. You need 1/4 tsp of Oil-.
  6. It’s 1/2 tbsp of Ghee-.
  7. It’s 1 tsp of Panch phoron-.
  8. It’s 1 pinch of Hing-.
  9. Make ready 1 tsp of Chopped curry patta-.
  10. You need as needed of Corriender leaves for garnishing.
  11. Take 2 of Red chilli.

Suji Lollipop step by step

  1. Take 1 cup of Sooji..
  2. Take a wok add 1 1/2 cup water,chilliflake,&salt..
  3. When water boils add Sooji slowly &mix continuously..
  4. The dough is ready..
  5. On your palm add little oil mashel the dough to make smoothin hot.makes balls..
  6. Take a steamer,add water, and another plate greased &put the ball.Steam the balls more about 10 mints..
  7. Heat a pan add 1/2tbsp ghee,add Hing,punchfutan,redchilli&chopped currypatta crackle for a mints..
  8. Add the balls,flip it 1 mints..
  9. Sooji lollipop is ready,sprinckle chopped corriender leaves serve with any type of chutney or schezwan chutney.I can use chanadal, coconut,ginger,greenchilli,currypatta,salt,&curd mix chutney..
