Ingredients of Satsaga
- Prepare 1 cup of chopped sarso ka saag.
- You need 1 cup of chopped moli.
- It’s 1 cup of chopped shalgam.
- Make ready 1 cup of chopped gajar.
- Make ready 1 cup of chopped methi.
- Make ready 1 cup of chopped aalu.
- You need 1 cup of chopped cauliflower.
- Take 4-5 of fresh aamla.
- It’s 3 tbsp of chopped adruk.
- It’s 2 tsp of chopped chillies.
- Prepare 1 tsp of jeera.
- Take 1 tsp of red chilly powder.
- Prepare of salt as pr taste.
- It’s 1 tsp of coriander powder.
- It’s 3 tbsp of oil.
Satsaga instructions
- Take a big kadai heat oil add jeera saute it. Add adruk, chilles, all vegetables and saute for 5 minutes.
- Add all fry ingredients and cover the lid and cook for 20-25 minutes or till soft.
- Serve hot with puri or pranatha.
