Ingredients of Mix Dal vada

- You need 1 cup of Bengal dal (chana dal).
- Prepare 1/2 cup of urad dal.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of moong dal.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of toor dal.
- Take 1 of chopped onion.
- Make ready 1 tsp of coarsely blend black pepper, cumin and red chilli.
- It’s to taste of Salt according.
- Make ready 3 tablespoons of finely chopped mint and coriander leaves.
- Make ready 1 tsp of garam masala.
- Prepare 2 tablespoons of ginger garlic paste.
- Make ready 4 of green chillies chopped.
- It’s of as required Oil for deep frying.
- Take 2 of chana dal separately to soak.
Mix Dal vada instructions
- Take all mix dal in a big bowl. Wash and soak for 2 hours. Soak 2 tablespoon chana dal separately. After 2 hours drain water from the dal and rinse wel. Take one blender jar add the daal and blend coarse paste. While blending add lilte water if needed.
- Take all the coarsely dal mixture in a big bowl add chopped onion, garam masala, cumin and red chilli powder, green chilli, ginger garlic paste and salt. Mix wel all together..
- Heat oil in a deep pan for frying.take a small portion of mixture into ur hand and make a smal ball and flatten shape. Check Oil should be hot while dropping small portion of mixture.take one by one mixture into ur hand give shape and drop into the oil. It should rise slowly without browning..
- After 2 to 3 minutes flip dal wada to the other side. Add vada into the oil according to space so that it will be easy to turn while frying. Fry till golden and crisp. Remove and drain them into the kitchen tissue.once finishing vada frying serve them hot with Green mint chutney… Mix Dal vada is ready to serve….
