  5. Prepare 1 1/4 cup of sugar.
  6. Prepare 1/2 cup of butter.
  7. Make ready 2 of eggs.
  8. Take 1 cup of butter milk.
  9. It’s 1 1/2 teaspoon of white vinegar.
  10. Prepare 1 1/2 spoon of Xtreme red food colour.
  11. Prepare 1/2 cup of oil.

RVC (Red Valvet Cupcake) step by step

  1. Some of our ingredients.
  2. In a Bowl add flour + baking soda+ salt and cocoa powder mix together and keep aside.
  3. Add butter and Sugar in a bowl using a mixer / whisker mix till fluffy add ur egg but one after another and mix till creamy.
  4. Then add in ur oil, butter milk.
  5. Followed by ur white vinegar then mix well, after mixed add ur flour mixture mix well and add in ur xtreme red food colour and give it a final mix.
  6. I added one scoop of my batter in each cupcake paper.
  7. Then bake at 180degree for 20min only.
  8. Final product, it was a super rich dessert I added some butter cream frosting to enjoy it more.
  9. 😍Homemade Butter milk, I used 1 Cup of powdered milk+ 1 cup of water and 1 tablespoon of White Vinegar and mix then keep for 10min that all😍it's the key to unlock a successful RVC.
