- You need 2 tsp of chat masala.
- You need 2 tsp of pav bhaji masala.
- Prepare 2 tsp of garam masala.

- Prepare 8-10 of icecream sticks.
- Make ready 200 gms of oil for frying.

- Firstly boil potatoes and beetroot seperately and let them cool..
- Now remove the beetroot skin and grate and keep it aside..

- Mix it with the grated potatoes.
Now grind oats and sabudanato a powder and mix with potatoes..
- Now add the remaining ings and mix it well and make a dough..
