Fish gravy 🐟 step by step

  1. Wash and pat dry fish and marinate it with red chilli powder and salt for 5 mins..
  2. Now deep fry them in preheated oil for 2 to 3 mins.. don't over fry them as fish will break into pieces when in gravy…
  3. Now grind onion with red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, whole spice powder, ginger garlic and salt..
  4. Now in a big wok take approximately 3/4 to 1 cup of oil, heat it and add fenugreek seeds in it, fry for 2 to 3 secs..
  5. Now add grinded onion mixture in it. & bhunofy it on high flame until oil separates..
  6. Meanwhile beat yogurt and add dried fenugreek and half cup of water in it. And keep it aside..
  7. Now spread fried fish pcs on it, try not to over lap them… now move your wok slowly to cover the masala on fish, don't stir it with spoon..
  8. Now add yogurt and fenugreek mixture and let it boil for 2 mins. Now let it simmer for about 5 mins and turn off the stove..
  9. Serve it with boil rice 😋.
