- You need as needed of Chopped coriander leaves.
- Prepare 6-7 of bread slices.
- Take to taste of Salt.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder.
- It’s 1/2 tsp of red chilli powder (optional).
- Make ready 1/2 tsp of mustard seeds.
- You need 1/2 tsp of cummin seeds.
- Take 1 tbsp of oil for tempering.

Bread Roll - Andhra style step by step
- Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan.Add cummin, mustard seeds, when it splutters add green chillies, Curry leaves, coriander leaves,salt, turmeric, red chilli powder and mix.Add mashed potatoes and mix well..
- When cool.make small round balls.Cut the edges of the bread slices..
- Take some water in a pan add 1 tsp salt. Dip each bread slice slightly in water.press with hand remove excess water from it..
- Place potato ball in the bread and shape into round ball or oval,or flatten it like cutlet and deep fry till golden brown. Similarly make all the bread rolls..Serve with green chutney or Ketchup..
