Ingredients of Baked Rice
- Take half of kg rice.
- It’s half of kg boneless chicken.
- You need 1 cup of yougurt.
- Prepare 1/2 packet of tikka masala.
- Make ready 1 table spoon of gg paste.
- You need 1/2 cup of oil.
- Prepare 4 of tomatoes.
- Prepare 4 of potatoes.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of spring onion.
- You need 1/2 cup of cabbage.
- Make ready 1/2 cup of carrots.
- You need 1/2 cup of capcicum.
- It’s 1 teaspoon of black peper.
- Make ready 1 teaspoon of chinese salt.
- It’s 1/2 cup of dark soya sauce.
- It’s to taste of salt.
- Make ready 2 table spoon of butter.
- Make ready 2 of eggs.
Baked Rice step by step
- In a bowl add chicken, yougurt, tikka masala, gg paste and marinate for some time. Heat oil and cook the chicken until all the water dries out and its tender.
- Making Chinese rice : Boil rice and keep aside. Heat oil and fry eggs and cut them in small pieces. Add all the vegetables cut in small and add soya sauce, Chinese salt, salt, pepper and mix well add rice and fried eggs and give dam..
- Cut tomatoes in thin circles, cut potatoes in chips form and fry them to make crispy chips. Cut spring onion.
- Assembling : Layer fried rice in a baking tray and chicken on it, layer tomatoes and, potatoes, spring onion. In the end melt butter in a microwave and add in a generous quantity on the top.
