Ingredients of Mushroom Sukka
- Take 250 gms of Mushroom.
- Take 1 teaspoon of oil.
- Take leaves of Curry.
- It’s 1/2 teaspoon of Chilli Powder.
- You need 1/2 teaspoon of Coriander Powder.
- Prepare 1/2 teaspoon of Garam Masala.
- Prepare 1/2 teaspoon of Ginger Garlic Paste.
- It’s 1/2 teaspoon of Pepper Powder.
- It’s as per taste of Salt.
Mushroom Sukka step by step
- Take Mushroom and Curry leaves..
- Slice the Mushroom into small piece and take a kadai, pour little oil.
- Saute the curry leaves and Mushroom with salt,chilli powder, coriander powder, ginger garlic paste,Garam masala and pepper powder for 5 mins so that the raw smell will go..
- Now the Mushroom Sukka is ready to be served with steamed rice.
- Note: Goes very well with curd rice and rasam rice.
