Ingredients of Mushroom Sukka

  1. Take 250 gms of Mushroom.
  2. Take 1 teaspoon of oil.
  3. Take leaves of Curry.
  4. It’s 1/2 teaspoon of Chilli Powder.
  5. You need 1/2 teaspoon of Coriander Powder.
  6. Prepare 1/2 teaspoon of Garam Masala.
  7. Prepare 1/2 teaspoon of Ginger Garlic Paste.
  8. It’s 1/2 teaspoon of Pepper Powder.
  9. It’s as per taste of Salt.

Mushroom Sukka step by step

  1. Take Mushroom and Curry leaves..
  2. Slice the Mushroom into small piece and take a kadai, pour little oil.
  3. Saute the curry leaves and Mushroom with salt,chilli powder, coriander powder, ginger garlic paste,Garam masala and pepper powder for 5 mins so that the raw smell will go..
  4. Now the Mushroom Sukka is ready to be served with steamed rice.
  5. Note: Goes very well with curd rice and rasam rice.
