  1. You need 1/2 cup of Mushroom.
  2. It’s 1 cup of Basmati rice.
  3. It’s 1 of Capsicum.
  4. Make ready 1 of Onion.
  5. Make ready 1 of Tomato.
  6. Take 2 of Green chillies.
  7. It’s 1/2 tsp of Ginger garlic paste.
  8. It’s as per taste of salt.
  9. You need 1/2 tsp of Coriander powder.
  10. Prepare 1/2 tsp of Garam masala powder.
  11. Take 2 tbsp of Ghee.
  12. You need 1 tsp of Oil.
  13. Take 1/2 tsp of Cumin seeds.

  1. Heat pressure cooker. Pour ghee and oil. Then add cumin seeds..
  2. Cut onion and green chillies into small pieces. Add it to the pressure cooker. Fry until onion becomes golden brown..
  3. Add chopped tomatoes and fry it..
  4. Add ginger garlic paste and Cut mushroom and capsicum into small pieces and add it..
  5. Fry it. Wash and soak basmati rice for 10 drain water completely..
  6. Now pour 2 cups water to pressure cooker..
  7. Now add salt, garam masala and coriander powder..
  8. Add rice. Mix well. Pressure cook for 2 serve hot with raita..
