- You need 1/2 cup of Mushroom.
- It’s 1 cup of Basmati rice.
- It’s 1 of Capsicum.
- Make ready 1 of Onion.
- Make ready 1 of Tomato.
- Take 2 of Green chillies.
- It’s 1/2 tsp of Ginger garlic paste.
- It’s as per taste of salt.
- You need 1/2 tsp of Coriander powder.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of Garam masala powder.
- Take 2 tbsp of Ghee.
- You need 1 tsp of Oil.
- Take 1/2 tsp of Cumin seeds.
- Take as per taste of water.
Mushroom Pulao instructions
- Heat pressure cooker. Pour ghee and oil. Then add cumin seeds..
- Cut onion and green chillies into small pieces. Add it to the pressure cooker. Fry until onion becomes golden brown..
- Add chopped tomatoes and fry it..
- Add ginger garlic paste and Cut mushroom and capsicum into small pieces and add it..
- Fry it. Wash and soak basmati rice for 10 drain water completely..
- Now pour 2 cups water to pressure cooker..
- Now add salt, garam masala and coriander powder..
- Add rice. Mix well. Pressure cook for 2 serve hot with raita..
