Ingredients of Drooling Khoya puris & halwa puris homemade..!
- You need 500 grams of All purpose flour (maida).
- Make ready 1/2 cup of milk (warm).

You will notice the khoya will release oil when heated.To make the stuffing - Crumble the sweetened khoya/ mawa and combine that with powdered pista, dalia & cardamom.Combine to mix and make smalls balls out of it and keep aside.Now, my very first memory of these blessed autumn days was the smell of fresh-off-the-pan kuttu puris followed by mind-blowing aloo ki sabzi (one of my favourite Aloo Dish) & sabudana raita.

- Take a big bowl add in all purpose flour,dash of salt,ghee,warm milk accordingly while preparing the dough then cover it with cotton cloth for about 1 hour.
- Once the dough is ready now divide into two big balls now roughly roll it in cylindrical shape now cut 8 small pedas for puris set aside with some flour to dust on a rolling mat.
- Now roll each puri on a rolling mat using a rolling pin add two teaspoons of khoya prepared for stuffing touch sides with finger dipped in water then flip then other half on it u can add desired shapes I prepared the petals shape like so using a knife add gashes then stamp with fork spoon then slightly press the each petal corner to give it a nice shape of petal gradually prepare all puris.
- For khoya stuffing I prepared it in microwave using milk powder, milk & ghee further just take a pan add 1 tablespoon of ghee then add khoya, sugar as per taste once it melts add few strands of saffron it’s ready set aside for puran halwa I have used dal Masoor halwa stuffing..
- Take a Kadai deep fry on medium hot oil while the puris are golden both sides it’s done remove it on a kitchen towel then plate it can also be stored for about 4-5 days. The deliciously awesome khoya & halwa puris are ready to relish..!.
When the carrots are fully cooked, add in the condensed milk & sugar.When the sugar dissolves fully, add the khoya.Mix well, cook on a low flame.
