Ingredients of Mushroom Pepper Fry

  1. You need 200 gms of Mushrooms -.
  2. Make ready 1 tsp of Whole Pepper -.
  3. Prepare 1 Tsp of Cumin Seeds -.
  4. Take 1/2 Tsp of Feenel Seeds -.
  5. Prepare of Capsicums.
  6. You need 1 Tbsp of Oil -.
  7. Take 2 Tbsp of Ghee -.
  8. It’s to taste of Salt.

Mushroom Pepper Fry step by step

  1. Taken 200 gms of Mushrooms.
  2. Peel off the outer layer of the Mushroom skin and cut into pieces.
  3. For Masala Powder. In a Mixi Jar, Add 1 Tsp Pepper, 1 Tsp Cumin Seeds, 1/2 Tsp Fennel Seeds.
  4. Grind it into a Fine Powder.
  5. In a Pan, Add Tsp of Oil.
  6. Add 2 Tbsp of Ghee.
  7. Once the Ghee melts, Add 1 Tsp Mustard seeds.
  8. Once the Mustard splutters, add 2 Red chillis.
  9. Add 3 nos. of Chopped Garlic pods, Chopped Ginger, Chopped 2 medium size Onions.
  10. Saute the onions.
  11. Add 1/4 Tsp Turmeric powder, Curry Leaves.
  12. Saute well the Onions for 2 Mins.
  13. Add Mushrooms and Saute.
  14. Add Freshly Grinded Masala Powder, Salt to taste.
  15. Saute and Cook it for 5 Mins.
  16. Add capsicums.
  17. Saute for 2 Mins.
  18. Add Now Our Mushroom Pepper Fry is Ready to Serve.
