Ingredients of Mushroom Pepper Fry
- You need 200 gms of Mushrooms -.
- Make ready 1 tsp of Whole Pepper -.
- Prepare 1 Tsp of Cumin Seeds -.
- Take 1/2 Tsp of Feenel Seeds -.
- Prepare of Capsicums.
- You need 1 Tbsp of Oil -.
- Take 2 Tbsp of Ghee -.
- It’s to taste of Salt.
Mushroom Pepper Fry step by step
- Taken 200 gms of Mushrooms.
- Peel off the outer layer of the Mushroom skin and cut into pieces.
- For Masala Powder. In a Mixi Jar, Add 1 Tsp Pepper, 1 Tsp Cumin Seeds, 1/2 Tsp Fennel Seeds.
- Grind it into a Fine Powder.
- In a Pan, Add Tsp of Oil.
- Add 2 Tbsp of Ghee.
- Once the Ghee melts, Add 1 Tsp Mustard seeds.
- Once the Mustard splutters, add 2 Red chillis.
- Add 3 nos. of Chopped Garlic pods, Chopped Ginger, Chopped 2 medium size Onions.
- Saute the onions.
- Add 1/4 Tsp Turmeric powder, Curry Leaves.
- Saute well the Onions for 2 Mins.
- Add Mushrooms and Saute.
- Add Freshly Grinded Masala Powder, Salt to taste.
- Saute and Cook it for 5 Mins.
- Add capsicums.
- Saute for 2 Mins.
- Add Now Our Mushroom Pepper Fry is Ready to Serve.
