- Take 1/2 kg of oyster mushroom.
- Prepare 200 gram of flour.
- You need 1 of garlic.
- You need 2 tsp of salt.
- You need 1 tsp of boillon powder.
- Take 50 ml of water (approximately).
- You need of Oil.
- Make ready of Tomato sauce (optional).
Crispy Mushroom instructions
- Mix 100 gram flour, salt, buillon powder, chopped garlic, and water. Then coat mushroom in it.
- Coat (again) mushroom in a 100gram dry flour.
- Heat pan and add oil. Fry mushroom until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve it😊 best with tomato sauce.
