- You need 1/2 Cup of Dahi (Yogurt).
- Make ready 2 tbs of Cream.
- Prepare of Pani Water ½ Cup or as required.
- Take 1 tbs of Lehsan paste Garlic paste.
- You need 1/4 tsp of Haldee powder (Turmeric powder).
- Make ready of Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) 1 tsp or to taste.
- It’s 1/2 kg of Mutton mix boti.
- Take 1 tsp of Garam masala powder.
- It’s of Tamatar (Tomatoes) chopped 2 medium Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste.
- Make ready 4-6 of Hari mirch (Green chilies) chopped.
- Take 1/2 Cup of cooking oil.
- Prepare of Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped.
- You need of Adrak (Ginger) julienne.

- Method!
In bowl,add yogurt and cream,whisk well & set aside.
In wok,add water,garlic paste and mix well..
- Add turmeric powder,mix and bring it to boil.
Add mutton mix boti,tomatoes,salt and mix well..
- Cover and cook on medium low flame for 15-20 minutes then cook on high flame for 8-10 minutes..
- Add cooking oil,mix continuously and cook for 5 minutes.
Add red chili powder and mix well..
- Add garam masala powder,mix well and cook until oil separates.
On low flame,add yogurt+cream mixture,mix continuously and cook for 3-4 minutes..
- Add green chilies,fresh coriander and ginger,mix and cook on low flame until oil separates.
Garnish with fresh coriander,ginger,green chili & serve..
