Ingredients of Oats Omellete
- You need 4 of Eggs.
- It’s 1/2 cup of Oats powder.
- Prepare 1 of Small onion chopped.
- It’s 2 of Green chilli chopped.
- It’s 1 cube of Cheese.
- You need 1 tbsp of Butter.
- You need 2 tbsp of Oil.
- It’s 1 tbsp of Green fresh coriander chopped.
- You need to taste of Salt.
- Take tsp of Black pepper1/2.
- It’s 2 tbsp of Milk.
Oats Omellete step by step
- Dry roast oats and coarsely ground it..
- Break eggs.Beat them and mix oats and milk.Keep it for 15 min to mature..
- After 15 min, add chopped onion,chilli,coriander and salt..
- Beat well.Heat a non stick griddle and smear it with oil.Spread batter.Fry it on both sides..
- Grate cheese over the omellete and serve this wholemeal omellete with tomato sauce.
