Ingredients of Chana chatpata

1. Prepare 2 cups of boiled chickpeas (chana).
2. Make ready 3 of small sized onions.
3. You need 3 of green chillies.
4. Take 1/2 piece of ginger.
5. It’s 1 big of tomato.
6. Make ready Handful of Coriander leaves.
7. Take 1/2 of lemon.
8. You need 3 tablespoons of oil.
9. It’s 1 tablespoon of Garam masala.
10. Take 1 tablespoon of chat masala.
11. Take 1 tablespoon of red chilli powder.
12. It’s 1 tablespoon of jeera power.
13. Take As per taste of Salt.
14. Take Pinch of Turmeric Powder.

1. Take 2 cups soaked chana for overnight, take a pressure cooker to boiled chana for 3-4 whistles..
2. Take a pan add 3 table spoons oil and chopped ginger, green chillies fry for 2-3 minutes,add chopped onions to fry for 2 minutes after add the all masalas paste fried all ingredients add tomato peace..
3. Add chana and fry 5 minutes in high flame than add coriander leaves, chopped onions and a pinch of chat masala and put off the gas and add a half peace of lemon juice to taste..
4. Serve yummy chana chatpta..
