Ingredients of Osaka Okonomiyaki
- Take of Cabbage.
- Prepare of Yamamimo.
- Prepare of Carrots.
- Prepare leaf of Onions.
- Take 1 cups of flour okonomiyaki.
- It’s 100 ml of water.
- You need of Vegetable oil.
- You need of Eggs.
- Prepare of Tenkasu or agedama.
- You need of Katsuobushi.
- Make ready of Ao-nori.
- It’s of Japanese mayoo.
- Make ready of Okonomiyaki sauce.
Osaka Okonomiyaki instructions
- Cut your vegetable like this. ππ»ββοΈ Ignore my onions okay…. (i just prepare for curry).
- Onions leaf cut like this.
- Pour 1 cups flour and eggs inside. Mix well.
- Mix with 100 ml water mix with your Yamaimo.
- Put inside carrots, mix well.
- Put inside cabbage, mix well.
- Put inside onions leaf, mix well.
- Put inside tenkatsu (if you eat udon or tempura you know this one right).
- Wait 3-4 minutes with low medium fire.
- Put meat and flip you can add egg also. Wait 2 minutes and done..
- Prepare your okonomiyaki, first put japanese mayoo.
- Second put your okonomiyaki sauce or γε₯½γΏηΌγγ½γΌγΉ.
- Third put Katsuobushi or fish flakes.
- Fourth and finish spread ao nori.
- Ittadakimasu!!.
