Ingredients of Mushroom Biryani
- You need 2 tbsp of oil and ghee.
- Make ready 2 large of onions chopped.
- Make ready 4 of green chilies.
- It’s handful of curry leaves.
- Prepare 2 tbsp of ginger garlic paste.
- You need as required of Chopped coriander.
- Take handful of Chopped mint leaves.
- It’s 2 tbsp of Curd.
- You need 1 tbsp of lemon juice.
- Make ready 1 pack of mushroom.
- It’s 2 of potatoes.
- You need As requried of Biryani masala.
- It’s 2 of Bay leaf.
- You need 1 of cinnamon.
- Take 5 of cashews.
- It’s 3 of Cardamom.
- Prepare 2 of Star anise.
- Take 2 of cloves.
- You need 3 of red chili.
- Take 1/2 tbsp of Pepper corns.
Mushroom Biryani instructions
- Pour 2 tbsp of oil or ghee into to the cooker. Add to chopped green chillies and onions and fry well..
- Once the onion is cooked add a small amount of curry leaves and fry well. Add ginger garlic paste and fry well. Add 2 tomatoes in it along with all these..
- Add to Biryani masala. And 1tbsp of turmeric powder and 2 tbsp of chilli powder.And add small amount of salt..
- Once everything is well fried add the copped mushrooms and potatoes. When the mushrooms are half cooked add a 2 tbsp Of curd and saute it..
- Finally add to chopped coriander and mint leaves.When it's cooked add half tbsp of lemon juice..
- Saute all this well and leave the required amount of water to boil. Then add to it rice and pressure cook it for 2 whistle..
- Now our hot and tasty mushrooms Biryani is ready..
