Ingredients of Stacked Tortillas
- You need For of marination:.
- Prepare 1/2 kg of boneless chicken.
- It’s 1/2 tsp of paprika powder.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of red chilli powder.
- Take 1/4 tsp of pepper powder.
- It’s 1 tbsp of tandoori madala.
- It’s 1 tbsp of olive oil.
- You need 1 tbsp of lemon juice.
- Take As per taste of Salt.
- Take For of Tortilla stack:.
- Take 4 of tortillas.
- It’s 1/4 cup of mayonnaise.
- Take 2-3 tbsp of fresh cream.
- Take 1/4 tsp of paprika powder.
- Make ready 1/2 tsp of black pepper.
- Take As per taste of Salt.
- Take 1/4 tsp of mixed herbs.
- It’s 2 tbsp of milk.
- It’s 1 cup of cabbage chopped.
- Take 1 of big onion chopped.
- Make ready As required of Cheese slice.
- Make ready As required of Shredded cheese.
- Prepare As per taste of Tomato sauce, chilli sauce.
Stacked Tortillas instructions
- Marinate all the ingredients for an hour. Heat 1 tsp butter add marinated chicken, add little water & cook till done & dry.
Let the mixture cool & coarsely blend it in blender..
- In a bowl take finely sliced cabbage & onion. Add mayonnaise, fresh cream, salt, paprika, pepper powder, mixed herbs & 2 tbsp milk.
Mix well & add the chicken & mix well..
- Place tortilla, add tomato & chilli sauce, add chicken mix, sprinkle some veggies & add cheese slice.
Place tortilla & again continue the same process.
In the second stack I used grated cheese. Third stack again cheese slice..
- I made of 4 tortillas you can use more or less as per your wish. You can also add vegetables of your choice too.
Bake it on 180° for 12-15 minutes. Remove from oven, wait for few minutes & cut into pieces & serve..
