Paneer pakora are a delicious Indian snack made with paneer, spices & gram flour. Pakora are much loved by most Indian especially during the monsoons and winters.

Here is the best “Paneer Pakora” recipe we have found until now. This will be smell and look delicious.

Ingredients of Paneer Pakora

  1. Take For of Coating of Paneer–.
  2. Prepare 250 gms of Paneer.
  3. It’s 1/2 tsp of Red chilli powder.
  4. Take 1/2 tsp of chaat masala.
  5. Prepare 1/4 tsp of Garam Masala.
  6. You need 1/6-1/4 tsp of Black Pepper.
  7. You need 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste.
  8. Prepare As per taste of Salt.
  9. Prepare For of Batter–.
  10. Take 2 cups of Besan(Gram Flour).
  11. You need 3-4 tbsp of rice flour.
  12. Take As Required of Water.
  13. It’s As per taste of Salt.
  14. Make ready as required of Sabut dhaniya.
  15. Take 1/2 tsp of Red chilli powder.
  16. You need 1/2 tsp of Chaat masala.
  17. You need 1/4 tsp of Garam masala.
  18. You need as per taste of Salt.

Paneer pakora is a simple and easy snack.Here we have used paneer which is loved by everyone Punjabi style paneer pakora is my personal favourite out of all the pakora's.Paneer pakora is a deep fried popular north Indian snack with a crispy outer layer of gram flour and For simple pakoras, paneer cubes are directly dipped into the gram flour batter and then deep fried.Paneer Pakora is a tea time snack made with cottage cheese and besan.

Paneer Pakora step by step

  1. Take 250 gms of Paneer and cut them in big cubes or in any shape you want..
  2. Transfer all of the paneer in a bowl and then add red chilli powder, chaat masala, garam masala black pepper, ginger garlic paste. Coat all the masala well on all paneer..
  3. Now take a bowl to that add 2 cups of besan, 3 tbsp of rice flour (for crisp). Add red chilli powder, garam masala, chaat masala, sabut dhania and salt..
  4. Make a thick batter as shown in pic below👇👇👇.
  5. Now take the paneer, coat it properly with batter and fry it in oil..
  6. Paneer Pakoras are ready. wow they are amazing, crisp from outside and soft from inside🤤😋😋.
