  1. Take a bowl add gram flour and sooji in it..
  2. Add chopped cauliflower and chillies into the mixture of flour..
  3. Add all the above-mentioned spices into the bowl..
  4. Make a pouring consistency batter with water..
  5. Rest the batter for 10 minutes..
  6. Heat oil in a cauldron/ kadhai..
  7. Fry pakoras out of the batter in medium hot oil twice (first half cooked then press it and fry second time)..
  8. Serve hot the Gobhi Pakoras with green chutney/ketchup..
