  7. Prepare of Dhaniya Powder.

Matar Mushroom Malaidaar step by step

  1. Cut the Onion, Tomato and fry it.
  2. Add Ginger Garlic paste and let it cool.
  3. Pour all the things in the blender and add Dhaniya Powder,Garam Masala,Red Chilli and Curd.
  4. Blend everything and make the smooth paste.
  5. Pour Matar and Mushroom into the Kadhayi and fry it.
  6. Add the paste and add kasuri Methi and Salt and cook it for 5 minutes on low flame.
