- You need 100 gms of Matar.
- You need 100 gms of Mushroom.
- Make ready 3 of Onions.
- It’s 1 of Tomato.
- Make ready 1 bowl of Curd.
- Take of Kasuri Methi.
- Prepare of Dhaniya Powder.
- Make ready of Garam Masala.
- Make ready of Red Chilli.
- Take of Salt.
- It’s leaves of Coriander.
- Prepare of Ginger Garlic Paste.
- Take 1 Cup of Water.
Matar Mushroom Malaidaar step by step
- Cut the Onion, Tomato and fry it.
- Add Ginger Garlic paste and let it cool.
- Pour all the things in the blender and add Dhaniya Powder,Garam Masala,Red Chilli and Curd.
- Blend everything and make the smooth paste.
- Pour Matar and Mushroom into the Kadhayi and fry it.
- Add the paste and add kasuri Methi and Salt and cook it for 5 minutes on low flame.
