Fusion Golgappa Shots instructions
- Mix all the ingredients under the dough except water and oil. Now sprinkle water and make a stiff dough.Cover with a damp cloth and rest it for half an hour..
- After half an hour knead the dough for 5-10 minutes until little soft in texture.Now roll a portion of dough into a thin circle.Take a glass or bottle cap and cut them into small circles.Heat a wok with oil and deep fry the small pooris on low flame until crisp.Take them out on a tissue paper..
