- Prepare 1 tsp of sugar.
- You need 1 of tomato slices.

Mushroom Tamatum instructions
- Heat ghee in a kadai add one by one onion slices, garlic, cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, fox nuts, tomato slices, cashew nuts, cumin seeds, mushroom 3 nos chopped mix well cook for 5 minutes in the slow flame then cook on high flame for 2 minutes, then add salt to taste milk 1 cup and keep aside for cooling, then make fine paste in the mixer grinder and strain it properly..
