- Take 2 cups of chopped mushroom.
- Make ready 2 of tomatoes.
- Prepare 1 of big onion.
- You need 4 of garlic cloves.
- Prepare 2 of green chillies.
- You need 1/2 tbsp of jeera.
- Make ready 1/2 tsp of Kashmiri lal mirch.
- It’s Handful of Coriander for dressing.
Kadhai Mushroom masala instructions
- Make puree of tomato onion garlic and green chillies..
- Take a pan add 1/2 of oil or ghee..
- Add jeera and than add tomato puree..
- Stir until oil is released..
- Now add 1/4 cup of water stir for 5-7 mins..
- Now add mushroom cook it for 5-10 mins..
- Your kadhai mushroom is ready to serve..
- Serve it with hot Chapati or parantha..
