  2. Make ready 2 of tomatoes.
  3. Prepare 1 of big onion.
  4. You need 4 of garlic cloves.
  5. Prepare 2 of green chillies.
  6. You need 1/2 tbsp of jeera.
  7. Make ready 1/2 tsp of Kashmiri lal mirch.
  8. It’s Handful of Coriander for dressing.

Kadhai Mushroom masala instructions

  1. Make puree of tomato onion garlic and green chillies..
  2. Take a pan add 1/2 of oil or ghee..
  3. Add jeera and than add tomato puree..
  4. Stir until oil is released..
  5. Now add 1/4 cup of water stir for 5-7 mins..
  6. Now add mushroom cook it for 5-10 mins..
  7. Your kadhai mushroom is ready to serve..
  8. Serve it with hot Chapati or parantha..
