Ingredients of Matar Mushroom and paneer
- Take 100 g of matar or peas.
- It’s 100 g of paneer.
- Take 1 of packet mushroom.
- Take 2 of onions.
- Take 2 of tomatoes.
- Take 5-6 piece of garlic.
- Make ready 1 inch of ginger.
- Make ready to taste of Salt.
- It’s 1 tsp of Red chilli powder.
- Take 1/2 tsp of Turmeric powder.
- Take 1 glass of water.
Matar Mushroom and paneer step by step
- First put onion,tomatoes,ginger,garlic in a mixture then make fine paste of it..
- Take a pressure cooker then add oil in it then put peas in it. cook for 5 minute.
- Then add mixture of onions and tomatoes in it cook another 5 min.
- Add 1 glass water and boil it for 5 minutes.
- Put lid of pressure cooker cook till 2-3 whistle on medium flame.
- After open the lid add paneer in it.cook in a steam not open gas..
- After 5 min your matar,mushroom,paneer sabji is ready..
