  1. Take 100 g of matar or peas.
  2. It’s 100 g of paneer.
  3. Take 1 of packet mushroom.
  4. Take 2 of onions.
  5. Take 2 of tomatoes.
  6. Take 5-6 piece of garlic.
  7. Make ready 1 inch of ginger.
  8. Make ready to taste of Salt.
  9. It’s 1 tsp of Red chilli powder.
  10. Take 1/2 tsp of Turmeric powder.
  11. Take 1 glass of water.

Matar Mushroom and paneer step by step

  1. First put onion,tomatoes,ginger,garlic in a mixture then make fine paste of it..
  2. Take a pressure cooker then add oil in it then put peas in it. cook for 5 minute.
  3. Then add mixture of onions and tomatoes in it cook another 5 min.
  4. Add 1 glass water and boil it for 5 minutes.
  5. Put lid of pressure cooker cook till 2-3 whistle on medium flame.
  6. After open the lid add paneer in it.cook in a steam not open gas..
  7. After 5 min your matar,mushroom,paneer sabji is ready..
