Ingredients of Indomie and fried egg

  1. Make ready 2 of Indomie.
  2. Prepare of Oil.
  3. Take of Scot bonnet & onions.
  4. Make ready 2 of Eggs.
  5. You need of Curry.

When I make and eat indomie, it really means there is nothing else in my fridge, absolutely nothing.I hate indomie but I like eggs.If you haven't already heard about Indomie's latest salted egg flavour by now, where have you been?It's no surprise that everyone's been going gaga over it, doing their best to snag one of these elusive packets of curly fried noodles.

Indomie and fried egg step by step

  1. In a small pot, add 1 cup of water, grated Scot bonnet & onions, curry. Allow it to boil.
  2. Add the indomie seasoning then crush the indomie noodles & add to the water. Stir very well & cook for 5 mins.
  3. Break the eggs in a bowl, whisk & add sliced onion & a little maggi. Pour oil in a pan & fry.
  4. Serve & enjoy.

You just made one of my favorite Nigerian breakfast, serve with cold soft drinks.Once your indomie noodles are cooked, serve with fried eggs.I am not a huge fan of indomie, but the few times I ate it, I realized I prefer it dry like the consistency of fried rice and not with all the sardine and bake beans people prepare it with.
