  7. Take 1/2 tbsp of fresh Malai.
  8. Make ready 1/2 tsp of crushed kasuri methi.
  9. Make ready 1 tbsp of posta/khas khas paste(soak posta Dana for 2 hours and grind to a fine paste).
  10. Make ready 1 tsp of sabji masala.
  11. Take to taste of Salt and turmeric powder.

  4. Add the paste in kadahi, mix sabji masala, fresh Malai, kasuri methi, salt and turmeric powder, mix well and cook covered for 2 minutes on low to medium flame. If gravy appears too thick, add little water. Serve hot with roti or rice..
