- Make ready 3 of eggs.
- You need 4 of Bread Slices.
- Prepare 1 of Onion (Finely Chopped).
- Take 1 of Tomato (Finely Chopped).
- It’s 2 tbsp of Fresh Coriander Leaves (Finely Chopped).
- You need 2-4 of Green Chillies (Finely Chopped).
- You need To Taste of Salt.
- It’s 1 tsp of Black Peppercorns (Freshly Cracked).
- Make ready 1 tsp of Tomato Ketchup (Optional).
- It’s 1 of Cookie Cutter (Any Shape) or simply Knife.
- Prepare as needed of Cheese Spread (Any).
Bread Pocket Omelettes instructions
- Take the Bread Slices & with the help of the Cookie Cutter- Male desired shaped holes in the breads, set aside.
- Now, in a mixing bowl: Add in the aforementioned ingredients altogether & whisk well with a whisker or egg beater, until frothy.
- Heat up a frying pan over the medium flame & add some oil/butter to it- Place the designed hollow breads on that.
- Pour in that designer bread cavities- the mixed egg batter & allow it to cook on a slow flame for about 2-3 mins time & then flip over carefully, ensuring the batter doesn’t come out of the created shape.
- Fry both the sides until the eggs with the veggies are well cooked & then transfer it to a serving plate/dish.
- Use the cut-out designed portions of the breads as well: Apply some choicest cheese spread or butter on it & enjoy with BREAD POCKET OMELETTES.
