- Take 6 Slices of French/Rustic Loaf (Any).
- Take 3 of different kinds of Bell Peppers (Red, Green & Yellow): 1/4 Cup, each.
- You need 1 tbsp of Tomato Ketchup.
- Take 2 tbsp of EVOO.
- It’s To Taste of Salt.
- You need 1 tbsp of Chopped Parsley/Coriander Leaves.

- Prepare 1 tsp of Garlic Bread Seasoning.
- Take 1 tsp of Oregano.

- You need 1 tsp of Chilli Flakes.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of Basil Leaves (Fresh/Dry).
- It’s 2 tbsp of Butter.
- Take 1 tbsp of Black Peppercorns (Freshly Cracked).
- Make ready 1/4 Cup of Cubed Cheddar Cheese.
- You need 1/4 Cup of Mozzarella: Grated.
- Prepare 1 of Egg π₯ (Full Boiled & Finely Sliced).

- Cut the French Loaf (Iβve used- French Baguette), brush them with some butter & Garlic pods & sprinkle some chopped parsley, oregano, dry basil & bake it for a couple of mins on each side at about 180C for not more than 4-5 mins altogether..
- Meanwhile, in a frying pan π³: Put some EVOO- Add in 1/4 tsp Garlic Paste, Julienned Bell Peppers, Fresh Coriander/Parsley, salt, dry herbs (everything a little bit), sautΓ© for about 3-4 mins time & before turning off the flame add in the tomato ketchup & Black Peppercorns..
- Let the toppings cool down a little- Take our the Baguettes slices from the oven- layer accordingly as in with its 2 different varieties- As seen in the pics ππ»ππ».
