Ingredients of Fig Omelet

  1. Take 2 of figs.
  2. Prepare 3 of eggs.
  3. Prepare 1 tablespoon of sugar.
  4. Take 1 of onion 🧅.
  5. Take 30 g of sliced fennel.
  6. Take To taste of Salt.
  7. Prepare To taste of Pepper.

Fig Omelet instructions

  1. Sliced onion and fennel.
  2. Caramelize Onion.
  3. Add fennel, stir fry until the fennel is soft. Add a pinch of salt then put it aside to cool down.
  4. Pan fried each side of the fig for 10 seconds, add 1 tablespoon of sugar. Stir fry a bit until the fig is coded with melted sugar.
