- It’s 1 tbsp of turmeric powder.
- You need 2 tsp of cumin powder or ground cumin.
- Take 2 tsp of corainder powder.
- You need 2/3 cup of cashewnut paste.
- Take 2 tbsp of ginger-garlic paste.
- Make ready 2 tsp of curry powder or garam masala.
- Take 1/2 cup of grated cheese.
- Make ready 1/2 cup of cream.
- Take 2 tbsp of curd.
- Make ready 1 bunch of corainder leaves.
- It’s 1 of Salt.

Pot Chicken step by step
- Heat oil in a pot.Fry onions until brown..
- Put in the Chicken & stir-fry for 4 mins..
- Add to it ginger-garlic paste,tomatoes,green chilies,cashew nut paste,curd,cream & cheese.Stir for a while..
- Add red chillies,turmeric powder,coriander powder,cumin powder,garam masala,butter and salt to taste..
- Add some water according to requirement.
Cover and cook on slow fire until chicken is cooked..
- Garnish with cream & corainder leaves..
