Italian Stuffed Pasta Shells step by step
- preheat oven to 350°.
- boil a pot of water.
- add pasta shells to water and boil until cooked, about 15 minutes…stir occasionally, and drain when finished..
- in the mean time, cook Italian sausage in pan in medium heat, then drain excess grease once browned. Set aside..
- add the diced onions to pan, cook two minutes..
- add chopped garlic to pan and cook an additional minute..
- add the can off tomatoes, the cooked Italian sausage, and fresh parsley.
- season and stir until everything is incorporated..
