Chicken Kabab Masala Karahi😋🍲 instructions
- In a chopper add all ingredients of kababs and mix well.
- Make kababs of your favorite shape I made kafta type.
- In a pan heat up oil and shallow fry the kababs and keep aside.
- In the same pan add ginger garlic paste and fry for a minute then add fried onions tomatoes and fry them for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Add salt haldi red chilli cumin coriander powder chilli flakes and then add yoghurt give a stir and cover it for 3 to 5 minutes on a low flame and make a smooth gravy..
- Now add fried kababs into gravy and add 1 cup of water, give a stir carefully and let it simmer for 15 minutes..
- Now add whole spice powder qasuri methi green chillies fresh coriander Julianne cut ginger and dish it out..
