Ingredients: 200 gm button mushrooms; 2 onion chopped; 2 tsp chopped garlic; 1 tsp chopped ginger; 2 green chilli chopped; 4 tomatoes chopped; 10 cashews nuts; 1 black large cardamom; 2 green small cardamoms; 1 " cinnamon stick; 4 cloves; 8 black peppers; 1 tsp butter; Fry all the above ingredients in butter for 2 minutes and make a paste after cooling; 1/2 tsp cumin seeds; 1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder; 1 tsp coriander powder; 1/2 tsp Pav Bhaji masala; 1 tsp crushed Kasoori methi; 1 tsp tomato sauce; 1/3 tsp red chilli sauce; 1/2 tsp sugar; Salt as per taste; 2 tbsp butter
