  2. Prepare 1 of Salt and pepper.

  1. Season the meat with salt and pepper. Chop the apples and onions into 1 cm chunks. Grate the ginger..
  2. Sauté the onions, apples, and 1/3 of the grated ginger..
  3. Marinade the pork in half of the sake and 1/3 of the ginger..
  4. Combine the sautéed apples, onions, and ginger to the remaining sake and ginger to make the sauce..
